Protecting our township

The North Dumfries Conservation Alliance advocates for preservation of natural heritage sites, such as the Carolinian forest, farmlands, endangered species, and wetlands in North Dumfries and including areas near the Grand River.

OUR KEY GOALS ARE TO:

• Unite citizens to protect ecosystems, wildlife, and prime agricultural lands

• Preserve remaining groundwater and recharge areas

• Advocate for new environmental legislation and repeal harmful policies

• Provide a platform for public discussions

• Promote awareness and respect for Indigenous treaties
